Who can get a free Adobe Creative Cloud account through the University of Arizona?
Current University of Arizona students, faculty, and staff can get free Adobe CC accounts. Designated Campus Colleagues and Emeritus users can request access for University business and academics.
How do I download the Adobe Creative Cloud software?
First, request an account through our sign up page. Once you have an account, follow these steps:
- Go to Adobe Creative Cloud homepage
- Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
- Enter your University of Arizona email address, leave the password field blank if prompted
- Click "Sign-In"
- Select "Company or School Account" if prompted
- Log in with your UANetID credentials
- Select the software you want to download
Note: Account activation may take up to 24 hours after your request.
What should I do if Creative Cloud asks me to pay after I've requested a license?
This may happen for two reasons:
- Your license request may still be processing (up to 24 hours).
- You might be signed in to a personal account.
Sign out and sign back in using netid@arizona.edu, selecting "company or school account". Here is a video demonstrating this process. If issues persist, contact us.
Can I cancel my personal Adobe Creative Cloud subscription without fees?
Yes. Contact Adobe Support and inform them that you're a University of Arizona student or employee with provided Adobe CC access. They should waive any cancellation fees.
Can I use Adobe Creative Cloud after leaving the University of Arizona?
Adobe provides file transfer tool for students to migrate your content to a new personal account before leaving. The University cannot provide access after your affiliation ends. Review Adobe's guide for assets the migration tool cannot automatically transfer.
Can I use Adobe Creative Cloud on my mobile device?
Yes, our agreement includes Adobe mobile apps available on Android and iOS.
How many computers can I install Adobe Creative Cloud on?
You can install CC desktop applications on multiple systems, but you can only activate two computers per Adobe license.
Which languages does Adobe Creative Cloud support?
Adobe CC supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese Traditional, French, German, Japanese, and more. Individual apps may have different language availability.
Does my license include all Adobe CC apps?
Yes, University of Arizona licenses provide access to all Adobe CC apps on desktop, web, and mobile. After signing up, you can choose which apps to download.
